By accessing or using the Chatty Vets website, podcast, or associated content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

12. Live Event Tickets and Discounts
The event page gives the date, time, price and joining arrangements. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment has been confirmed by our system. Email verification alone does not reserve a place. Stripe processes CPD payments; merchandise uses a separate Shopify checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, a ticket is for one attendee. Email hello@chattyvets.com for practice or corporate bookings.
Eligible newsletter subscribers receive 25% off live event tickets. Paid, non-refunded purchasers of the immediately preceding eligible event receive 50% off the next eligible event. Only the largest eligible discount applies; discounts are not combined. Use the email associated with your eligible subscription or ticket.
Live event tickets include the advertised post-event resources. The event access period is normally 30 days from resource release, rather than the event date; your access email states the applicable expiry. Attendance is not required to use included resources. Existing purchases keep their recorded access dates unless we explicitly confirm an extension.
13. CPD Library Purchases
The current Library offer is £60 for 30 days of access to both advertised libraries. Access begins when payment is confirmed. This is a one-off purchase with no automatic renewal, and does not include a live event ticket.
Use the purchase email to obtain a secure sign-in link. Access is personal and expires on the recorded date. Do not share sign-in links or distribute restricted recordings and resources.
CPD certificates require completion of the relevant quiz and its stated requirements. Buying access does not by itself issue a certificate.
14. Cancellations, Refunds and Problems
Contact hello@chattyvets.com with your booking or purchase reference if you need to cancel or have an access problem. Any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available; immediate Library access does not by itself remove those rights. Where consumer cancellation law applies, contact us within the applicable cancellation period, normally 14 days for an online digital-content contract.
If we cancel an event, we will contact ticket holders with the arrangements and available remedies, including a refund. For a postponed event or material change, contact us to discuss your options.
A confirmed refund ends access granted by that purchase or ticket and its associated discount eligibility. It does not remove unrelated access you hold. This does not limit remedies for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed goods or services.
Merchandise orders, delivery and payment are managed through the existing Shopify store. The checkout provides the order information. Contact us about returns, delivery problems or faulty items; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
15. Recordings and Contributions
Live CPD sessions may be recorded for the Library. Follow the joining instructions about display names and anonymisation. Please avoid sharing identifiable client information. Contact us before the event if you have concerns about being included in a recording.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted here. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or materially change an existing paid purchase without agreement.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
